Nipun Saxena is a Supreme Court of India practising attorney who also litigates cases in other High Courts across the country. He also participates before tribunals and quasi-judicial bodies, such as the National Consumer Redressal Commission, the Telecom Dispute Settlement Tribunal, tax tribunals, company law courts and tribunals, the Tribunal for Money Laundering, and the National Green Tribunal.

About the Responsibilities

The Chambers of Nipun Saxena are seeking for an Associate to engage in trial Courts in Delhi NCR in order to grow their criminal litigation practise in Trial Courts.

As an associate you are required to: –

The job is focused in Delhi/NCR, and based on competency, it may spread to other Courts and Tribunals in addition to litigation in trial courts.

Eligibility

The necessary experience ranges from 0 to 1.
Enrollment in any Bar Council, procedural understanding, and practical experience with criminal procedure, evidence, and civil procedure are requirements.
