About the Organization

Abhiraj Krishna, the company’s sole proprietor, founded Abhiraj Krishna Associates (“AKA/Us/We”) to offer collaborative and facilitating legal solutions in India’s dynamic and constantly changing business eco-systems. We assemble a group of partners and associates who have experience working directly with businesses both in-house and through legal firms. The goal of AKA is to broaden the definition of legal advice from a “advisory/consultative” role to a dynamic discussion leading to “legal solutions.”

About the Responsibilities

On its corporate / commercial team in Mumbai, AKA is hiring for the following positions: one Associate with a PQE of 2-3 years; and one Associate with a PQE of 0-1 years.

also accepting applications for long-term internships (both in-office and remote) from students in their final year of LL.B. / LL.M.

Eligibility

Preferably, both candidates should have experience in banking, fintech, private equity, and M&A law.
