About the Advocate

Sanjay Vashishtha, an advocate and partner at Vashishtha Law Offices, is a Supreme Court of India practising lawyer. He completed his B.A., LL.B. (Hons) at the Jamia Millia Islamia Faculty of Law, and then went on to get an LL.M. in Comparative Law from McGill University in Canada and an MSc in Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of Oxford. Mr. Vashishtha is an expert in criminal and commercial litigation and frequently represents clients in delicate pro bono and high-profile cases before the Supreme Court of India, Courts of Higher Judicature, NCLT, and NCLAT.

As of right now, Mr. Vashishtha has contracts with a number of well-known organisations and people, including Padma Bhushan and Padma Vibhushan Awardees.
