JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Designation: Associate
Job Location: Mumbai
PQE: 3+ years

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Associate having 3-4 years of PQE.
The associate should have handled IP litigation work for at least 2-5 years.
Experience in IP registration/prosecution or transactional IP work (drafting of copyright agreements, IP assignment agreements, license agreements, media agreements etc) would be an added advantage.
Experience in Trademark and Copyrights.
