- Professionally matured legal professional with career success of over 6 years to 15 Years.
- A Bachelor’s degree in law or related field of study
- Title due diligence, title search of the Property.
- Strong record of compliance monitoring and implementing procedures and laws.
- Knowledge of Sales Registration Process
- due diligence of Law Related documents
- Strong record of facilitating resolution of legal matters.
- Acknowledged strengths in witness-interviewing, preparation of deposition, case theory development, discovering precedents and presentation of plausible arguments.
- Knowledge of RERA act.
