The University of Rajasthan hold the distinction of being the oldest institution of Higher learning in Rajasthan, It was established as Rajputana University on 8th January 1947.

Team Composition and Eligibility:
- Each team shall comprise of three (03) member ONLY out of which two (02) will be speaker and one will be researcher.
- Arguments shall be in English only.
- Competition is open for students pursuing Five year integrated and Three Year LL.B courses.
- Teams should not disclose the identity of their institution during the course of proceeding in the court room or in their memorial; such disclosure shall invite penalties which may include disqualification.
- Each team shall be provided with the team code at the time of registration.
